Dr. Brown is a comprehensive optometrist who specializes in primary vision care, contact lens fittings, problem-focused eye examinations, pediatric eye care, urgent eye care, and pre- and post-operative eye examinations.
A native of Norfolk, Dr. Brown earned his bachelor of science degree from Kansas State University. He earned his doctorate of optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in 2012. During his optometric education, Dr. Brown completed externships at Omaha and Eye Laser Institute, Family Vision Center in Gunnison, Colorado, and The Eye Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to joining Midwest Eye Care, Dr. Brown practiced optometry for six years in Norfolk and Omaha.
Dr. Brown is licensed for the practice of optometry by the state examining boards of Iowa and Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, and he is a graduate of the Nebraska Optometric Association Leadership Institute.
