The safety of our staff and patients is our top priority. We appreciate your ongoing cooperation with our updated COVID-19 protocols.

  • Masks are required; we will provide a mask if you do not have your own.

  • Each patient is allowed to bring one guest for their appointment.

  • Starting June 1st, all Midwest Eye Care locations including the Surgery Center will no longer screen patients at the door.

  • Surgery Center patient drivers may accompany patients to the surgery center lobby, but will be asked to leave after the patient finishes registration.

  • Please return to your car and call 402-552-2020 if any of these statements apply to you:

    • I have COVID or COVID-like symptoms;

    • I have traveled internationally in the last 7 days;

    • I have been exposed to a COVID-positive person in the last 10 days.
