Dr. Ingvoldstad is a specialist in the medical and surgical treatment of the vitreous and retina, diabetic eye disease, and cataracts. A native of South Dakota, Dr. Ingvoldstad received a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Hampshire. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. After completing a one-year internship in internal medicine and a three-year residency program in ophthalmology at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, Dr. Ingvoldstad completed a vitreoretinal disease and surgery fellowship in June 2006. He joined Midwest Eye Care in July 2006.

Dr. Ingvoldstad is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is licensed to practice medicine in Nebraska and Iowa.
